What's in the Assessment.

Six things you keep. Each one built from what the last one found.

1

Full 14-network assessment

BRLF + Specific Network Aligned + Lifestyle Background frameworks. Each of the 14 networks scored individually with severity grading from minimal through substantial.

2

Personalised 30-day plan

Built from your network results. Daily structure, progressive habit-stacking, focused on the 2–3 networks most worth working with first.

3

Neuro-supplement protocol

Targeted supplements at clinical doses, matched to your specific network priorities. Not a multivitamin.

4

Functional Neurological Exercises

Vestibular, ocular-motor, balance, and cerebellar work calibrated to your assessment. 5–10 minutes daily.

5

HRV coherence training

Resonant-frequency breathing protocol with daily practice prompts. The autonomic foundation under everything else.

6

30 days portal access

The Daily Diary engine running alongside your plan from day one. Daily clinical insight cards drawn from your own logged patterns.

How the 30 days actually work

It's not a one-time download.

Most "online assessments" deliver a PDF, take your money, and you're done. Tier 1 isn't that. It's 30 days of care that keeps watching alongside you.

  1. Day 0 — Assessment. You complete the full 14-network clinical assessment (about 30 minutes, structured questions plus the BRLF and Lifestyle Background instruments).
  2. Day 1 — Plan delivery. Your network scores are processed, severity-graded, and used to build your personalised 30-day plan, supplement protocol, and exercise prescriptions. Portal access is activated.
  3. Days 1–30 — Daily Diary running. You log mood, energy, sleep, symptoms, and adherence each day (under 60 seconds). The portal returns daily clinical insight cards drawn from your patterns — not pre-written content. A 7-day rolling chart and milestone grid let you see your trends as they emerge.
  4. Day 30 — The reassessment moment. By day 30 you have four weeks of objective behavioural and symptom data alongside your initial assessment. If you carry on with The Healthy Brain Clinic at Home, you get a fresh plan at each 30-day check.

How Tier 1 fits

Where this sits in the platform.

Tier 1 sits between wondering and committing. The free Snapshot gives you 3 networks; the Assessment gives you all 14, with severity grading and a working plan. Most patients who later move into the in-clinic 12-week programme started here.

If you'd like to keep going after 30 days, there are two options.

The Healthy Brain Clinic at Home. Self-guided heart-rhythm training from the clinic. Nothing to book, no consultations. Cancel any time. A$39 a month, with a fresh plan at each 30-day check.

The 12-week in-clinic programme. This includes direct brain measurement with qEEG.

What you need: a Polar H10 chest strap

You'll need a Polar H10 chest strap, bought separately from Polar (about A$149 in Australia) and yours to keep. Start in practice mode while it ships. Your history questionnaire, feedback report and personal plan open the day you join. On iPhone or iPad, live training needs the free Bluefy browser. Device and browser guide.

Scope & safety

The Tier 1 Brain Health Assessment is an educational and self-managed clinical screen. It is not a diagnosis, not a substitute for assessment by a registered health practitioner, and does not replace medication or psychological care. We work alongside — not in place of — your treating practitioners. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14.

How the clinic works

Examination, not assumption.

14 brain networks. Quantitative measurement at the start, the middle, and the end. Co-care with your GP and psychologist — we work alongside, not instead of.

Step 1

Examine

19-channel quantitative EEG, processed against age-matched norms via NeuroGuide. swLORETA source localisation maps activity to specific networks.

Step 2

Intervene

swLORETA-guided neurofeedback paired with HRV biofeedback at resonant frequency. Network-targeted protocols, not one-size-fits-all.

Step 3

Re-measure

qEEG comparison at mid-cycle and end of programme. If the data isn’t moving in the expected direction, we change the plan — not the calendar.

In the clinic, care starts with a qEEG brain map. The online programmes, including The Healthy Brain Clinic at Home, start with a detailed questionnaire instead.

Two ways to begin

Your brain... Your choice.

Examination, not assumption.

Take the free Brain Health Snapshot to orient yourself, or book a consultation with Dr Ash Connell. Both are easy to step away from, and either way you’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s actually going on.

Or call (03) 5593 2934 — reception will take a few details and call you back within one business day.
